- Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Used products or those damaged due to improper handling by the customer are not eligible for return.

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions. Please do not return items without a RAN.
- Packaging: Securely package the items in their original packaging along with the RAN. Ensure the package is properly sealed to prevent any damage during transit.
- Shipping: Ship the items to the return address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns that are not due to an error on our part. This fee covers the cost of handling and restocking the items.
